6 hints to HR of what no to do unless you want to lose staff!

Make sure your message is clear. If you are not planning on trying to cut someone loose stay clear of;

relocation policy.jpg1. A senior person with eons of experience is sent on a junior position in Sweden.
2. A senior person is sent to head up a minor office and the predecessor was 24 years old.
3. A longtime employee is asked to transfer to a remote area where the sun don’t shine.. with a relocation policy so slim it will not work.
4. A housing budget that is less than half of what can reasonably be expected in the location.
5. No immigration support for dependents.
6. No schooling costs covered for teenage children jeopardizing their future or splitting up families-
