Experts in the field

Posted by Lena on Mar 7, 2017 1:31:00 PM

Planning a vacation is sort of a mini relocation. I search for hotels and houses on the internet, blindly. Don't have a clue of what I'm doing, why is this house twice as expensive as this one, it looks better, where's motorway? It's really time consuming and we get little value for the research we do. Where is the relocation agent that can help me.. we are 9 people, we like to swim, culture, food, adventurous, but no nightlife, where's the perfect spot for us? I wish I was as lucky as the expats and that someone would just tell me where to go and what to do.. are we paying too much or too little, why is the landlord lowering the price by 30% to a Swede that is suspicious, to a Dutchman proof of good bargaining and to an Indian - let the games begin. Relocation companies take the kinks out of the move, provide answers to the cultural nuances, let you know if you are paying enough or too much, in short save you the 40-80 night-owl hours of frustrating searching the internet and make sure you end up in the right place! I need an expert, there's a gap in the market can someone please fill it soon. Google is great, but I need more!

However when we met with one of the lobby groups recently we could conclude that, our clients see little of the problems so there's a solution for startups.

Temporary accommodation in Sweden and true partnership

Posted by Lena on Dec 20, 2016 8:20:25 AM

Between moving into the new home in Stockholm and leaving the home country many expats find themselves in temporary accommodations. The availability is slim and it’s often fully booked for months. So working with true professionals that make the pieces of the puzzle work for our clients it’s wonderful. One of the families under our care had to extend the temporary accommodation last week as the household goods is delayed.
